COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and other important information

In order to provide the most secure environment for our customers and staff, we have processed banking transactions remotely and through our drive-ins since mid-March.

In accordance with the Governor's plan to gradually and safely re-open business in the state, we are going to resume limited services at our offices, effective Tuesday, June 16, 2020.

Available services by location:

Uptown-

1) Meetings at this location for loans, new accounts, and CDs are by appointment only

2) All other transactions should continue to be made remotely or through the drive-in

Garland-

1) Meetings at this location for loans, new accounts, and CDs are by appointment only

2) All other transactions should continue to be made remotely, throught the night depository, or through the drive-in

Deep Ellum-

1) Meetings at this location for loans, new accounts, and CDs are by appointment only

2) All other transactions should continue to be made remotely, through the night depository, or through the walk-up window on Main St.

The Cedars-

1) Meetings at this location for loans, new accounts, and CDs are by appointment only

2) All other transactions should continue to be made remotely, through the night depository, or through the Uptown or Garland location

PLEASE NOTE-- All customers desiring to enter our bank must:

1) Make an appointment

2) Complete a Customer Questionnaire and sign an Informed Consent statement before coming into the bank

3) Pass a temperature screening (and have a temperature that is less than 100.0 degrees) when you arrive at the bank

4) Wear a mask while in the bank (customers will be required to show their face before entry)

5) Understand and acknowledge that you are entering at your own risk.

 

Our team is diligently focused on ensuring the continued health and safety of all our customers and employees, which includes following guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (cdc.gov). In addition, we continue to work hard every day to make sure banking with Texas Brand Bank is always easy and convenient.

In light of COVID-19, we highly encourage you to take advantage of our many digital products, to limit your trips to the bank, if you have concerns about being in the public. Online and Mobile Banking allow you to conduct most transactions without visiting a branch. ATMs are also available at all of our locations for your use.
